Join us for an evocative tour of Fary Lochan, where nature, history and taste go hand in hand. Here the pace slows down and you get the opportunity to experience the special atmosphere that makes the place truly unique.

While moving between the trees, you can feel the tranquility of the forest, hear the singing of birds and breathe in the scent of spruce and the fresh air. Along the way we tell the story of Fary Lochan, the special nature of the area and the handmade products that are created with inspiration from the landscape around us.

The tour is for everyone who is curious about local experiences — whether you are a couple looking for a cozy outing, a family with older children, a group of friends or simply want a different experience close to nature. No special prerequisites are required, only the desire to experience.

What makes Fary Lochan special is the personal narrative, the tranquil atmosphere and the close connection between nature and the products that are made here. It is an experience where there is time for questions, contemplation and presence.

The tour, which takes about 1 ½ hours (including tasting), goes through our small buildings located in the nature of Farre, as well as underground passages that connect the many processes in the production of our whiskey. We review the production of whiskey from start to finish and round off the tour in our shop.

• Bring: clothing appropriate to the weather, as part of the tour takes place outdoors.
