Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel

You can rebook your experience/event up to 4 days before the scheduled date by using the rebooking link in your booking confirmation or by contacting Fary Lochan Distilleri A/S directly.

Please note that some experiences and events have special rules for rebooking, e.g. for overnight stays or events that require long preparation. This will be evident from the practical information in the event description.

If cancelled less than 4 days before the experience/event, your booking cannot be rebooked. Please note that it is not possible to cancel the purchase and get a refund as you have chosen a specific date for your purchase.

**On the day of the experience/event: ** If something unforeseen happens (e.g. acute illness) and you are unable to attend, please contact Fary Lochan Distilleri A/S directly so that we know that you will not attend. You will find our contact details in the booking confirmation.

Alternatively, you can usually pass your ticket on to another person.”
